Tofu Press Mold with Cheesecloth
A rectangular tofu press for setting homemade soybean curd into a firm block. The kit contains one press mould and one reusable cheesecloth, and the mould measures 5.51 by 4.25 by 3.54 inches, which gives a standard-sized block of tofu.
Line the mould with the cloth, spoon in the curds, place the lid on top and press until the tofu holds its shape. Rinse the cloth and wash the mould in warm water after each batch.
