Sun-dried lotus leaves, cut into ready-to-use squares of 20 x 20 cm (7.87 x 7.87 inches), in a pack of 50. Wrap glutinous rice, meat or dim sum fillings in a leaf before steaming to scent the food, or lay a square under dumplings and buns so they lift away from the steamer without tearing. The leaves are picked fresh and dried in the sun. Soak them briefly in warm water to soften before folding, and keep the unused pack dry.
