A folding steamer basket made from food-grade silicone. It fits inside saucepans, stock pots and electric pressure cookers, and it handles vegetables, dumplings, seafood and eggs. Steam circulates through the base so the food in the basket cooks evenly.
The silicone is non-stick and heat resistant up to 480 degrees fahrenheit. A buckle at the side lets the basket fold flat when it is not in use. Dishwasher safe.
